I believe anyone out there who's moving their body is an athlete. They don't have to be a podium-finisher, or making headlines in the world cup. I work with the everyday athlete who wants to better themselves in all areas of their life, not just with what they eat. I work with the person who realizes that something has to change but they aren't sure where to start. They're not sure what to eat to best fuel them, what they want in life and how to achieve it or whether they have the right combination of activities to reach their goals (diversifying your movement makes you a stronger athlete).
I get deep and collaborative with my client's. I go on the journey with you because we grow better through other instead of on our own and no one should have to do it alone. I give tough love but you'll always know that I have your back. I'm your healthy living coach in this life and it's time to step up your game.
